Good Friend of the Band,Greg O'Haver, joins "The New Christy Minstrels"
They have been the “New” Christy Minstrels for half a century. As of this year, the New Christy Minstrels include a good friend of ours, Greg O'Haver. Greg attended the same high school that Dave and Kevin attended, Howe (a few years ahead of us) and lived in the same neighborhood were we now both live, Irvington.
The following review is, obviously, self-serving; however, we appreciate Greg Dunn's knowledge of music and asked him to share his thoughts on our recent CD. Thank you Greg for everything you do for us. Click below for his review.

Please go to http://wrtv.cityvoter.com and cast your vote for Lazy Daze and other Irvington venues as Channel 6 (the Indy Channel) runs its yearly contest to determine "The Best" in Indy. Lazy Daze has won several years in a row and we're sure you'll agree they deserve to win again. Thanks for your support.

Our Drummer Dave Haddix Graduates from Tech High School! Look out Navy!
Dave and I met Suzi in 1986 during our "Thundershower Tour" of New Orleans. Suzi was from Australia and was taking time off from work and things to travel the world. She was passing through New Orleans while Dave and I were playing there and we immediately made a strong connection. She ultimately changed her cross-the-US plans and came to stay with us in Indy for a couple of weeks. This picture was taken at the Dry Dock restaurant. Suzi is holding Bongo the Bear. Interestingly enough, she now owns a dog she loves very much named Bongo. A coincidence? I don't think so!!! We have recently reconnected with Suzi after 25 years. She is doing wonderfully well in the Gold Coast of Australia. We are so glad to be reconnected with this wonderful person and fabulous musician.
This is a picture of our New Orleans nemesis Monty the Mime taken by our very good Aussie friend Suzi Borg Olivier. Monty decided that his miming to our music would be good for all of us. Somehow his miming to "Atlanta's Burnin' Down" just didn't get it. We couldn't get him to go away. He showed up every day. I hate mimes!
